Valco internal sample injectors are designed for injecting samples that are too small for conventional loop injection. Since the internal sample "loop" is actually an engraved slot on the rotor sized to contain the specified amount of sample, available sample sizes range from .06 µl to 2 µl, depending on the valve model.
