In keeping pace with technological changes and global economic realities, a division of COSA was established in the US in 1969 with the focus on process control and analytical instrumentation.
In 1982, Christoph Mueller, President/CEO, spun off the distribution company which today employs more than 60 people in its headquarters in Yaphank, New York and its’ satellite locations in Houston, Texas and Norwood , NJ.
In 1990, Xentaur Corporation, a sister company, was formed to focus on sensor development. Xentaur opened a manufacturing and engineering facility in 1996, in Medford, NY.
The business has evolved combining the strength of both companies into COSA Xentaur Corporation focusing in providing innovative, reliable, and affordable solutions to a wide range of analytical and process measurement applications
