The Saf-T-Pivot Rest Piece allows the climber to turn 90° in order to stand safely on a rest platform. The sleeve will rotate on the rail, but cannot be disengaged. This provides for the climber's safety while gaining safe footing on the platform. The Saf-T-Pivot Rest Piece is especially useful on very long climbs, where platforms are provided for rest only.
